My name is Grace Boateng and my massage business is Natural Grace Therapies based in Thornton Heath. I am an Advanced Massage Therapist. I specialise in helping clients with muscular pain conditions such as sciatica, frozen shoulder, TMJ, jaw pain and carpel tunnel syndrome.
Using advanced techniques such as trigger point therapy, Eastern techniques, sports massage, stretching and myofascial techniques to effectively reduce your pain. A course of 6-weekly treatments is recommended to relieve the source of your pain, followed by monthly maintenance sessions.
You do not need to have any specific problems to benefit from a treatment at Natural Grace Therapies. With a wide range of techniques in my tool box I can also deliver relaxing and therapeutic massages.
I offer a range of treatments including deep tissue massage, therapeutic massage, remedial massage, aromatherapy massage, hot stone massage, pregnancy massage, reflexology and chavutti thirumal (massage by foot pressure).

Natural Grace Therapies is based in Thornton Heath, South West London and is not far from Thornton Heath overground train station. It is easily accesible from East Croydon, West Croydon, Norwood, Selhurst, Streatham, Norbury, Brixton, Balham and surrounding areas.
